neither party came to a Mod and said this is what we are doing, and we both agree for a Mod to ban whomever loses
JC lost a ban bet to You, nobody came to us and said he should be Mod Banned, but because you dislike him so much , a Mod should step in and Ban him.
I agree what he is doing ( posting within hours of the Ban Bet ) is Wrong. and he has No honor at this point.
at least he should have stayed away for 6-7 months, and if he came back, he can Always say I did the same as you ( JC )

I can't disagree (except the site reaching rock bottom) & since they both broke the bans is why in my personal opinion it should all be considered a wash...
With that said, BAS, I’m strongly on the other side here. I think it’s dispicable he’s allowed to post here and rub it in JC face.
I think its it’s an insult to the community we have here. Therefore, I not only sign this petition but will not be posting in the Offshore. I’m not a power poster, but it’s how strongly I feel about this. Maybe others who feel like this is very wrong will do the same.. maybe Ill be critized for such things. Either way, I feel it’s wrong and will peacefully protest by not contributing because I feel it’s the right thing to do.
